About Caroline
I’m Caroline - a coach, SENDCO, teacher, and carer with a lifelong passion for supporting others. My journey has always been rooted in advocacy, empathy, and helping people uncover their strengths.

I work closely with school leaders, SENDCOs, and parents of children with SEND, offering coaching and supervision that’s both practical and deeply reflective.

With extensive experience in Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, and attachment needs, I understand the challenges faced by professionals and families alike. I bring a calm, creative energy to my work - linking observations, identifying barriers, and asking the right questions to spark insight and progress.

Coaching leaders is a key aspect of my work. I help them pause, reflect, and reconnect with their purpose - whether they’re navigating change, managing teams, or supporting vulnerable learners. I’m completing my ILM Level 7 coaching qualification, which deepens my practice and brings fresh perspective to every conversation.

I believe in the power of trust, empathy, and realistic optimism. I hear what’s said - and what’s not - through words, tone, and body language. I help people see the bigger picture and find the confidence to move forward, even when the path feels uncertain.

If you’re looking for thoughtful coaching, SEND support, or supervision that meets you where you are, get in touch to find out how I can help you.
